CORONAVIRUS / COVID19 NEWS

AGE UK Scarborough and Filey Covid-19 Response

Age Uk have set up a community help project for people who may be struggling with shopping or collecting their prescriptions. If you or you know anyone who needs help please contact the community team on the link below or give them a call.

VOLUNTEERS! We would welcome your help. We are building a database of volunteers who are willing to help in their communities, this can include, telephone conversations with those who are isolated, shopping, co-ordinating volunteers and those in need, and just building a stronger community moving forward. We are also wanting anyone who is struggling with Covid-19 across Scarborough and Filey to get in touch, and we will help in any way that we can.

We are able to help in a number of ways, so for anyone who has any queries in the Scarborough and Filey area please get in touch primarily with ourselves on 01723 379058 or scarbcomsupp2020@gmail.com, or otherwise our colleagues at YMCA Scarborough are contactable on 01723 374227 or Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind on 01723 356562.
